3435 Main is Kansas City’s first modular housing structure. Apartment pods were manufactured and then stacked side by side to assemble the building, minimizing construction waste.
The lobby’s feature wall playfully links 3435’s modern modularity with timeless materials. EverBlock’s interlocking plastic bricks follow a design that is visually inspired by marble veining.
